Cordgo MP3 Player Headphone Cord Winder

mp3 player headphone cord management for travel

Cordgo has developed a nifty little headphone winder to prevent your headphone cords from tangling as you move about during the day.

The device is a just a little bit larger than we like but it still beats having extra cord lengths whipping you and tangling in your clothes.

You simply wrap the cord to the spindle inside and rotate the outer face to retract or extend the cord. The cordgo can hold approximately 6ft of 1.5mm cable (approximate thickness of earphone cord).

The clip on the back of the little plastic puck like holder is handy for clipping onto your belt, backpack, arm band or lady’s bag strap.

You can also use it to house your extra usb or firewire cables or PDA docking station cords or just tidying up the extra length of peripheral cords attached to your PC.

Small, portable and clutter remover for $9.95.

Imation's Series of Travel Concious USB Flash Drives

imation mini travel usb flash drives

Imation has introduced a series of rugged, uniquely designed usb flash drives that seem especially made for travellers and on the go gadget users.

Typical usb flash drives are boring little numbers with a removable cap that is easy to lose. We tend to stay away from those. Imation should be applauded for introducing some out of the box thinking to their designs and put some effort into understanding what users really want in a portable usb drive.

GE 4 in 1 Network Cable with USB and Cat5

computer travel network usb cable

Another day another laptop travel cable set. This one comes from GE and while I normally prefer travel cable like the Kensington Pocketlink 4 in 1 travel cable, this rather small unit with USB and network cable may be all you need if you do not have any firewire peripherals.

A network cat 5 cable and mini USB with full size USB adapter cable, two cables in one for about $15.

These things are getting common enough that they should be giving them away at trade shows.
